Since joining NEFCU in 2011, Amanda Seeholzer has helped thousands of members obtain mortgages, home equity loans, credit cards, personal loans, and deposit accounts. Based on that broad experience, Amanda now works as a Financial Counselor, assisting members with budgeting, improving creditworthiness, and establishing spending plans. She also provides specific guidance on how Vermonters can protect themselves from identity theft and fraud. Amanda regularly teaches financial education classes to members and local college students, and gets great satisfaction from helping people improve their financial well-being.
Emily joined NEFCU in 2015 as a teller while finishing her undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Vermont. After graduation, she transitioned to the role of a Member Service Representative, helping members reach their financial goals through deposit accounts, consumer loans, and various retail products and services. Emily’s passion for discovering financial solutions led to her transition to the Financial Counselor position in 2018. In this role, Emily is able to utilize her analytical skills in reading credit reports, budgeting, and strategizing to reduce debt to help members on their path of financial well-being.
